We run kids programs with dance, martial arts, gymnastics, and yoga, taught by certified trainers, focusing on safety, proper form, and building good habits in a supportive group setting.

Fitness isn’t just for grown-ups. We want every kid to find their groove early, not just learn a few steps or moves. Our aim is to help kids build discipline, confidence, and focus through movement and play. But trust me, we keep it fun - no boring drills. Kids come in with boundless energy, and we help them channel it in ways that make them feel good about themselves.

What We Offer

Our programs are designed to let kids try different things and figure out what gets them excited:

  • Children's dance workshops: Bollywood, Hip Hop, Freestyle - real choreography, real performances, real boost in confidence.
  • Martial arts for kids: Shinjidai Karate taught by an actual 2nd Dan Black Belt, Raghavendra P. It’s not just about kicks, but also respect and sharp thinking.
  • Kids gymnastics classes: Even little ones (as young as four) get to tumble, twirl, and build strength in a safe space.
  • Yoga for children: For those who need a breather, our yoga sessions teach flexibility, calm, and focus.

How We Train

Safety is non-negotiable. Our trainers know their stuff and keep a close eye on everyone. Like we say, sumne jump maadi-bardu (don’t just jump around without purpose). We focus on proper form from day one so kids build habits that last and avoid injuries.

My Story

Hey, welcome to Habit Fitness! This place is my dream, now alive and buzzing. Fitness isn’t just big muscles for us, it’s making it a habit, living it. We’re more like a family here - celebrate everything, laugh, play cricket, all that. I mix old school Indian stuff like gada (no one does it these days, but trust me, it’s gold for your shoulders) with new-age workouts. And ya, sumne heavy weight haakbedi (don’t just lift heavy for show), first learn your limits, then push.

Traditional Meets Modern - You’ll see gada workout classes and traditional Indian strength training along with all the latest gym gear.

Form First, Always - Namma focus is on correct form, not just heavy weights. Proper posture, safe moves, no injuries.

Spacious & Breezy - Biggest gym around - 3,500 sq ft, no waiting, natural ventilation, parking, lockers, separate changing rooms.

Pain Relief Therapies - We also offer trigger point therapy for pain relief and acupressure, for when your body needs some extra care.
