My Story
From tech to fitness - I switched from being a software developer to fitness coaching after facing severe PCOD.
Personal transformation - My health challenges led me to discover fitness through yoga and YouTube, eventually finding AoS through Instagram.
Learning journey - Started as an intern at Academy of Strength, completed six months of training before becoming a coach.
