I offer a structured 5-week rehabilitation program for new mothers, with 25 sessions (5 per week) conducted online via Zoom. Each session runs for 40-45 minutes, with recordings available for missed classes.
New mothers who have been cleared by their healthcare provider (minimum 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 8 weeks post-C-section)
Personalized attention in a supportive environment, with flexibility to access recorded sessions. My experience of helping over 2000 women through their postpartum journey ensures safe and effective rehabilitation.
