Aparna Ajayan is a dedicated Pre & Postnatal Yoga Trainer with a passion for empowering women through their motherhood journey. With certifications from Yoga Alliance, USA (100 Hrs) and World Yoga Organization (50 Hrs), Aparna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. She is also a certified Childbirth Educator.

Offerings

Prenatal Yoga Classes

  • Batches:
    • Batch 1: 7am
    • Batch 2: 11.30am
    • Batch 3: 6pm
  • Format: Online via Zoom
  • Duration: 55 to 60 minutes per session
  • Frequency: Weekly thrice
  • Components: Asana, Pranayama, meditation, kegels, restorative practices, mobility and flexibility drills, and asanas.
  • Focus: Strengthening the lower body, core, hips, and pelvis.
  • Trial: Free trial available before enrolling.

Postnatal Yoga Program

  • Duration: 30 days / 6 weeks
  • Frequency: 5 sessions per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Session Length: 30 to 45 minutes
  • Format: Online via Zoom (Recordings available for missed sessions)
  • Focus: Rehabilitating pelvic and core strength, rectifying Diastasis Recti, and building sustainable yoga practice.
  • Prerequisite: Clearance from a medical provider to start physical activity.
