My roots in sports - Started as a sprinter at Don Bosco Athletic Club, training under my mentor Mr. AJ D'Souza.
My learning journey - Pursued my passion through a Master's in Strength & Conditioning from Leeds Beckett University in UK.
Why I do this - My joy comes from helping athletes reach their peak potential through innovative training methods.
