I’m all about the energy, not just the reps. For me, fitness is about feeling alive, whether you want to dance all night, trek up a hill, or just feel damn good in your body. Training with me is never boring – you’ll see me hype you up with “Aayeee haaayeee!” and keep the vibe going.

How We Train

I mix things up so you never feel stuck. We’ll work on:

  • Strength basics – deadlifts, squats, and the moves that build a solid base.
  • Functional fitness coaching with kettlebells, box jumps, and agility drills, so your body is ready for anything.
  • Bodyweight workout routines for days you don’t have gym access – push-ups, burpees, HIIT, all the good stuff.
  • If you want a real challenge, we’ll dive into CrossFit-inspired training plans like AMRAPs and “For Time” sessions.

My Philosophy

No shortcuts here, betta. Fitness is slow, sometimes frustrating, but showing up is the only magic. Consistency matters more than any hack. We’ll keep it fun and keep grinding – results will come.

My Story

Hey, I’m Bhaski. Most days, you’ll catch me either sweating it out in the gym or dancing like nobody’s watching—sometimes literally on the street if the music hits right. Aayeee haaayeee! Dance is my meditation, fitness is my fuel. I’m all about sharing good times, from cheering for RCB to wild Holi parties and Coldplay concerts with my wife. Staying fit lets me make memories, and that’s what matters. Simple joys, big energy, pure magic.

What I do - Personal training (online/offline), high-energy dance fitness, kids dance workouts, sangeet choreography, fun corporate wellness.
