This program is a one of a kind movement program I created with the use of gentle flow movements with specific purpose of improving freedom and ease of mobility as well as flexibility. It uses the principles of rehabilitation along with injury prevention stemming from my experience as an ex athlete.
Ideal for everyone aiming to achieve better flexibility and mobility, excluding certain age groups suffering from previous injuries. Suitable for all levels of practitioners wanting to increase their movement capabilities.

My Story
My story - I was a national level athlete before I came to teaching yoga. I had practiced yoga alongside athletics.
Why I teach Yoga - I want to empower others with the benefits of Yoga, since I have experienced it myself.
How I'm unique - My sessions are outdoors and my cats are part of the Yoga sessions.
My Work
What I offer - I provide pre-natal/post-natal yoga classes, partner yoga, acro yoga, along with sound therapy.
What make me different - I combine athletic training concepts with meditation and deep breathing. Most instructors don't do this.
My teaching style - I like to ensure the attention and give care of each student, occasionally using sound bowls for therapeutic sessions.
Special expertise - I have certifications in pre/post-natal yoga and I'm devoted in helping pregnant women with their pregnancy journey.
