My Story

My roots - Traditional Indian fitness caught my attention early on, especially the ancient practice of Indian Clubs.

Why this matters - Growing up with Indian martial arts and exercise forms inspired me to preserve these age-old practices.

What drives me - I believe in blending our rich cultural heritage with modern fitness to create something truly transformative.

Building together - Along with Jyothi Sreevalsan, we started Callipers Fitness to share these traditional practices with others.

My Work

What I offer - I conduct workshops and training in Indian Clubs, Mugdar, Mace, and Karlakattai, both offline and online.

What makes me different - I specialize in rare traditional Indian fitness tools and techniques passed down through generations.

How I work - My sessions blend warrior training skills with ancient art forms, suitable for anyone above 8 years.

Where to find me - I'm based in Bangalore and Thrissur, but conduct workshops wherever there's interest in traditional fitness.
