My Story

Dance to Pilates - Started as a contemporary dancer, performing internationally before finding my calling in Fletcher Pilates.

Making history - Proud to be India's first Fletcher Pilates teacher, certified in Tucson, Arizona back in 2016.

Why I teach - My passion for movement and wellness drives me to help others understand their bodies better.
