Hello everyone,

I am delighted to introduce myself to all of you! My name is Bharti Goel, and I am an Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and the proud founder of ‘Her Healthcare at Home’. My journey into the health and fitness realm is slightly unusual. After completing my MBA, I gained some valuable experience at a management consulting firm. However, my true calling was to make a difference in the lives of expecting mothers by working in the women's healthcare space. With over five years of dedicated experience, I am passionate about women’s health, with a specific focus on moms-to-be and new moms. I aspire to facilitate healthy and positive childbirth and recovery experiences through my content and courses.

I firmly believe in promoting healthy living, which is why I actively share my knowledge through various platforms. On my YouTube channels, I regularly publish free yoga, pregnancy, and postpartum content that has garnered over 8.4 million views and amassed a wonderful and growing community of over 96,000 subscribers.
