I teach high-energy group training classes in strength training and bodybuilding. Team motivational resistance exercises are designed to enhance the motivation and limit for each member.
Any energetic member of the general population who works well within a group and who is willing to increase their strength in a casual atmosphere. Best suited to people who thrive in a social environment and require a lot of motivation to achieve success.
I focus on technique and quality of performance during the training sessions which in my style are quite "Insane or Remain the Same." My main aim is to make every participant break personal records, using as much group motivational force as possible.

My Story
My roots - Kerala-born, I embrace my Mallu heritage and train in Nilambur and Bangalore.
What drives me - I am motivated by pushing my own boundaries. One of my most loved memories is lifting 100kgs for the first time and doing 240 deep squats.
Beyond fitness, I am also a pet lover who enjoys taking care of cats, birds, and fish. -

What do I do? - I specialize in personal and group training, online coaching, and fitness modeling.
How am I different? - I incorporate culture into fitness, particularly with Malayalam speaking people who love exercising.
