I believe the best fight is the one you avoid. My training isn’t just about punches or kicks. You’ll learn how to handle fear, trust your instincts, and walk with confidence. Evasion and prevention are just as important as fighting back.

What You’ll Learn

  • Striking: Get hands-on with boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai moves. Jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, powerful kicks — all the essentials.
  • Defense: It’s not just about hitting, but not getting hit. We drill a lot of slipping, ducking, blocking.
  • Ground Survival: Sometimes, you end up on the floor. I teach Jiu-Jitsu basics so you know what to do if it gets messy.
  • Scenario Work: We train for real life. That means practicing escapes from grabs, chokes, and unexpected attacks. Expect realistic attack scenario drills.
