My journey began - Started as a fitness enthusiast 20 years ago, competed in bodybuilding, and won silver at NPC Natural Show.

Why I chose fitness - Experienced the transformative power of fitness firsthand, which drove me to help others change their lives.

Learning never stops - Started as a student at GAYO Fitness Academy in 2008, grew to become their national faculty member.

Proud mentor moment - Being recognized by Times of India and speaking at TEDx about holistic wellness feels rewarding.
