Grassroots athletes face tough journeys - har ek player ki journey itni easy nahi hoti (not every player's journey is easy). Our focus is on whole-person growth, not just collecting medals. We help athletes build the courage to speak up, understand their bodies, and break old taboos.

What We Cover

  • Menstrual Health: Our 'Play Without Pause' and 'Simply Periods' programs give female athletes tools to work with their cycles, not against them. We teach real science, how to manage pain, and adapt training. Coaches learn to talk openly, use simple systems, and support girls better.
  • Mental Wellness: Strong doesn't mean silent. Through 'Simply Smiles', we help athletes, coaches, and parents spot stress, create safe spaces, and build mental resilience. Social media pressures, burnout, and tough days? All on the table.
  • Nutrition: No generic tips. Our 'Fuel Her' sessions focus on science-backed nutrition for sportswomen, recovery meals, and hydration. We connect food to energy, bone health, and performance.

How We Work

  • In-person and online sessions across India, in schools, academies, and at home.
  • Programs run short or long, with resources like handbooks and tracking diaries for support and self-awareness.

My Story

We started Simply Sport with a simple idea - sports is more than medals. Bahut saare bachche hain jo akela struggle karte hain (so many kids struggle alone). We saw girls dropping out, no one talking about periods or nutrition, just 'lose weight' bol diya (just told to lose weight). We wanted to change this. Now we run workshops, share real stories on 'Blue Rising', and even help shape national sports policy. For us, real success is when every athlete, boy or girl, feels strong inside and out.
