Most people come to me saying, "Hegappa ishtu dappa iddivi, fit aagodu hege?" (How am I so fat, how do I get fit?). Honestly, getting sannag agodu (slim) isn’t magic. My approach is pretty straightforward - we make small changes together, and I don’t believe in shortcuts.
No two days are the same. I mix Zumba, step aerobics, and dance-based cardio workout for that energy rush. We do tyre flips, use agility ladders, and sometimes just stick to bodyweight basics like squats, planks, and push-ups. Kickboxing is part of the mix too, great for burning calories and letting out stress. Yoga and good stretching keep us flexible and injury-free.
You can't eat whatever and expect results. I give a personalized nutrition plan for fat loss, simple and practical - no crazy diets. We combine this with our group fitness classes for weight loss to get real results.
Working out alone is boring. Here, we vibe as one crew, sweating, laughing, and sometimes complaining together. Studio in RR Nagar, loud music, friendly faces, and no judgment.
