Dr. Manasa Rao is a seasoned Yoga Educator with a rich background in psychology, media law, and yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 1995 and has dedicated her life to teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga for over 11 years. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor's in Psychology, English Literature, and Communicative English from Bangalore University, and a Post-graduation in Media Law from NALSAR, Hyderabad. She further pursued her passion for yoga by completing her MSc and PhD in Yoga from the University of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA), Bangalore.
