How I Train You

No cookie-cutter stuff here. Your journey is personal, so your plan is too. I create customized workout plans based on your body and what you want. Never touched a dumbbell? No problem. Naale hogalla, ivattu shuru maadu (Don’t put it off till tomorrow, start today). I guide total beginners, office folks fighting stress, and even Japanese expats (日本語でもトレーニングできます - training available in Japanese).

We’re Bold MMA & Fitness, and honestly, we’re more like a family than a gym. I’ve fought through PCOD myself, so I get what it means to struggle and win. Our place is for everyone – students, office folks, fighters, first-timers. Doesn’t matter who you are, we see your effort. We celebrate every tiny win.
