For me, fitness is about hulchul (commotion), shor (noise), and a whole lot of good energy. I don’t treat workouts like a punishment. It’s about celebrating every move, feeling happy, and letting go. Been teaching dance fitness for two decades now, and honestly, the only rule I follow is: Don’t worry, be happy.

What’s the Studio Vibe?

Every class has high energy, laughter, and music that makes you forget you’re even working out. We sweat, we cheer each other on, and sometimes, we even stop for an after-class selfie (pic to banta hai - obviously!). It’s a fitness community where you can be yourself, no matter your fitness level.

  • Zumba & Group Zumba dance workout: From Salsa to Hip-hop, I mix it up as a UNESCO-licensed instructor. You’ll get all the fun, all the burn.
  • Bollyaerobics & Bollywood-inspired fitness routines: Love Bollywood beats? This is your jam - pure cardio, pure desi fun.
  • Dance Aerobics & Pilates: Sometimes we slow it down for balance and flexibility. Core, mind, and mood get sorted.

More Than Just Classes

We celebrate everything - festivals, milestones, random Wednesdays. Sometimes we have dress codes, and you can bring your friends or fam for our celebration-themed fitness classes. Got a team at work? I run corporate dance wellness programs too - your office will thank you for the energy boost.

My Story

Started out with tiny tots, now it’s been 20 crazy years of Rhythmic Feet! I still can’t believe we hit that milestone, with IAS folks and actors showing up for the big bash. Life’s all about having fun, na? I’m usually goofing around with friends, getting drenched in rain, chilling by the water. Trained celebs too, like Rahil Azam – and yeah, post-workout selfies are a must. Living each moment, feeling the beat. That’s me.

My Work

Classes Offered - Zumba, Pilates, Bollywood dance fitness, Latin dance workout, Classical, Hip-hop, Reggaeton, Garba, Dandiya, and dance aerobics.

How My Classes Feel - High energy, loud music, lots of sweat, and loads of fun. We dance, we laugh, we stretch.

Who Can Join - Kids, adults, families, total newbies or dance pros – anyone who wants to get fit and have a blast.
