I’m Julie, and I like to keep things real. Workouts with me are about more than sweating it out - we’ll laugh, push through the tough bits, and celebrate all those little wins. I’ve been at this for 20 years, so I know what works and what doesn’t.

What to Expect

  • Personal training with me isn’t just weights or cardio. We’ll go for a full body-mind tune-up.
  • I’ll coach you on mindset and motivation, not just squats and lunges.
  • Everything is built for you - your goals, your pace, your vibe.

  • Anyone prepping for a competition or pageant and needs that next-level body transformation.
  • If you like your workouts one-on-one, and want a coach who’s in your corner - that’s me.

How We’ll Train

  • Classic strength and conditioning program in the gym - treadmills, weights, bikes, the works.
  • Targeted exercises to sculpt and tone, especially if you want a holistic body transformation.
  • Sometimes, we dance a bit! Zumba and masti (fun) make it all feel lighter.

My Story

Started out with tiny tots, now it’s been 20 crazy years of Rhythmic Feet! I still can’t believe we hit that milestone, with IAS folks and actors showing up for the big bash. Life’s all about having fun, na? I’m usually goofing around with friends, getting drenched in rain, chilling by the water. Trained celebs too, like Rahil Azam – and yeah, post-workout selfies are a must. Living each moment, feeling the beat. That’s me.

My Work

Classes Offered - Zumba, Pilates, Bollywood dance fitness, Latin dance workout, Classical, Hip-hop, Reggaeton, Garba, Dandiya, and dance aerobics.

How My Classes Feel - High energy, loud music, lots of sweat, and loads of fun. We dance, we laugh, we stretch.

Who Can Join - Kids, adults, families, total newbies or dance pros – anyone who wants to get fit and have a blast.
