Led by Serah Menezes, these sessions focus on recognizing early mental health signs, building strong coach-athlete relationships, and providing practical tools for mental wellbeing in sports.

My Story
Our roots - Born in Bangalore, we started with a dream to help grassroots athletes succeed in sports and life.
Why we exist - Our founder Ankit saw how athletes needed support beyond just training, especially in mental health.
What drives us - Seeing the gap in women's sports support inspired us to create specialized programs for female athletes.
Our belief - We believe sports can transform lives when athletes get holistic support - physical, mental and social.

What we do - We run workshops on mental health, menstrual wellness, leadership training, and sports programs in rugby, archery.
How we're different - We combine sports training with mental health support and innovative tech like smart sports bras.
