Each 75-minute session includes asana practice, pranayama, and meditation elements. Our wooden-floored studio with natural lighting creates the perfect environment for your practice.

My Story
My journey began with healing - Started yoga in 2016 to manage anxiety and depression, which completely transformed my life.
From student to teacher - Found my calling during personal struggles and started teaching at CultFit in 2018.
Pandemic pushed me forward - Started Mudra Yoga during lockdown, turning a challenging time into an opportunity to help others.
Community means everything - Building connections and supporting others in their wellness journey gives me purpose.
