About

Strength and conditioning is more than just sweating it out at the gym. As a national-level sprinter, I know what it’s like to chase the impossible. My sessions are built on the belief: nammalala ethai jayikave mudiyatho, adha jayikirathuku muyarchi panromla (We keep trying to conquer what feels out of reach). That’s what real transformation is about.

What We Do

  • I use a mix of functional strength training routines, explosive power workouts, and bodyweight strength exercises.
  • No cookie-cutter plans. Every session is tuned to your body and your goals.
  • Expect calisthenics, TRX, animal movements, and classic lifts with dumbbells, kettlebells, and even Olympic weightlifting.
  • High-intensity stuff too: HIIT, tyre flips, battle ropes, sledgehammer work.
  • Mobility and recovery drills are a must here - I blend in dynamic stretches, yoga moves (like Surya Namaskar), and focused mobility work so you don’t get hurt.

  • Athletes (sprinters, jumpers, and more) who want an edge.
  • Para-athletes looking for real, adapted results. I’ve worked with wheelchair badminton champs and others.
  • OCR (Obstacle Course Race) folks needing grip, power, and endurance.
  • Anyone serious about changing their body, whether it’s getting lean, strong, or simply feeling good.

Hey, we’re Athletes Revolution. Started by Shantha Murthy, who’s all about sprinting, wild trail runs, and crazy obstacle courses – barefoot mountain treks too. Life’s been a mix of sweat, laughter, and family, especially after little Dhaivik showed up. We push limits, paint walls, run marathons, and believe in finding that beast inside you.
