Flex Flow: More Than Just Stretching

This isn’t a chill-out yoga hour. I guide you through structured sessions blending dynamic mobility drills with functional flexibility routines, especially if you feel tight or beat up from tough workouts. Every session is coach-led and focused on making your body move better, not just looser.

  • Breathwork for recovery is front and center - we use controlled breathing to calm your mind and reset your body after heavy training.
  • Strength moves through full range, not just holding a pose.
  • I’m all about joint resilience training, especially for runners and lifters who push hard.

My Story

We started BlackBx 'cause we were done watching folks slog through boring workouts, not seeing real change. Here, it’s not just sweat and reps – it’s personal, it’s got a system. People think we’re only for hardcore athletes, but nah, we’ve got beginner stuff and special 'Rebuild & Reset' for anyone over 40. Our best bit? The vibe. Saturday runs at Cubbon Park, wild treadmill challenges, breakfast chats after. We’re a crew, not just a gym.
