This isn’t a chill-out yoga hour. I guide you through structured sessions blending dynamic mobility drills with functional flexibility routines, especially if you feel tight or beat up from tough workouts. Every session is coach-led and focused on making your body move better, not just looser.
You’ll bounce back faster, feel less sore, and notice real changes in how you move. These sessions help you recover from old injuries, keep new ones from happening, and make your training more effective. I don’t promise instant fixes, but you’ll see small wins each week.
