Classes that Actually Push You

Our week packs over 50 group functional training sessions, all set in the Burn Room. Think loud music, special lighting - it’s not your typical gym floor. Each class is 55 minutes, enough to get real work done.

  • Cardio and strength fusion classes: Sprint on the tread, then dumbbells, kettlebells... it’s a full-body blast.
  • Double Strength: More about muscle and less about running. You’ll lift, you’ll sweat, but no treadmills here.
  • Boxing + Strength: You hit the bags, then hit the weights. Endurance, power, and a bit of stress relief, all in one.

For Event Prep & Everyday Progress

If you’re training for HYROX, we’ve got specific HYROX event preparation sessions - proper circuits, lots of running, real race vibes. Even if you’re just here to get fit, every class is coached performance so you know what you’re actually working on.

Real People, Real Community

First day jitters? Everyone feels it, but you won’t be out of place. Go at your pace, no pressure to keep up. Coaches are always there to spot you, push you, but never judge. People here aren’t just sweating - they’re connecting, hanging out after class, even grabbing a smoothie together.

My Story

We started BlackBx 'cause we were done watching folks slog through boring workouts, not seeing real change. Here, it’s not just sweat and reps – it’s personal, it’s got a system. People think we’re only for hardcore athletes, but nah, we’ve got beginner stuff and special 'Rebuild & Reset' for anyone over 40. Our best bit? The vibe. Saturday runs at Cubbon Park, wild treadmill challenges, breakfast chats after. We’re a crew, not just a gym.
