Most gyms? Bit boring, honestly. At BlackBx, we train with structure, not guesswork. Every session is built to make you move better, get stronger, and actually look forward to turning up.
Our week packs over 50 group functional training sessions, all set in the Burn Room. Think loud music, special lighting - it’s not your typical gym floor. Each class is 55 minutes, enough to get real work done.
If you’re training for HYROX, we’ve got specific HYROX event preparation sessions - proper circuits, lots of running, real race vibes. Even if you’re just here to get fit, every class is coached performance so you know what you’re actually working on.
First day jitters? Everyone feels it, but you won’t be out of place. Go at your pace, no pressure to keep up. Coaches are always there to spot you, push you, but never judge. People here aren’t just sweating - they’re connecting, hanging out after class, even grabbing a smoothie together.
