We’re all about structured, purposeful training for HYROX - not the usual gym stuff. Every week, I see folks jump in for our functional race training sessions, and honestly, it’s tough but kinda addictive. Here’s how it works: you go through 8 rounds, each with a 1 km run and a different workout station. Sled pushes, rowing, burpees, wall balls - you’ll be sweating, swearing, and surprising yourself.
Sessions are circuit-based, and we keep it close to race intensity. You’ll get a solid HYROX training plan, not random exercises. We spend a lot of time building your running engine because, let’s face it, running is a huge chunk here. Plus, we drill HYROX-specific movements so your strength and endurance match up to the real thing.
Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or someone training for a team event. HYROX beginner coaching is just as much for first-timers as it is for regulars. Everyone goes at their own pace - some days you feel like a beast, some days you’re just trying not to fall over. Both are cool.
It’s not just about sweating on the floor. We’re a crew - you get support, maybe a few laughs, and you learn from each other. Our coaches (Kris, Sai, Aiusha) bring the energy every single time.
